With the arrival of the new era of the hybrid workforce, leading digital HR solution company MiHCM has launched an enhanced version of its MiHCM Lite platform, specifically designed to empower small businesses with a simplified digital HR experience.

 

Powered by an all-new mobile-first experience and integrated with voice-enabled capabilities for interactions via Apple Siri™ and Google Assistant™, MiHCM Lite allows Small Businesses to transform their manual-based HR processes with an end-to-end digital HR solution. Hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud, the platform is designed to support both an onsite and remote workforce, without requiring added investments in storage and security.

An embedded payroll process that complies with local statutory and regulatory requirements is also part of the platform, together with a Timesheet/Time Tracking feature, enabling remotely based employees to record their work and hours spent, translating into productivity analytics.
